Return/Exchange Policy

Online Return Policy:
For standard size items, customers may return the unused, unworn item, with tags attached. Standard size items purchased online can be returned by mail to the return address listed on the Return Policy Page. Items must be returned within 10 days of the original delivery date. Returns must include the original invoice and the customer will receive a refund back to the original method of payment. 

ALL custom garments are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Mysterious by NPN takes a lot of pride in the quality of our garments and making sure your custom piece fits perfectly. For this reason, Mysterious by NPN will work to fix any errors that may occur with custom made items. If your custom garment does not fit properly, please contact our Customer Service department. 

ALL clearance/sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. 

Exchanges:
For standard size items, we offer the option to exchange your order, if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 day window of delivery. We do not offer store credit, and you must use the full value of your credit at the time of exchange. Request all exchanges via customerservice@mysteriousbynpn.com. Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. No other exchanges are allowed. 

When an exchange is requested, we will email a shipping label for the customer to return the product(s). At this point, Mysterious by NPN is no longer responsible for providing tracking information or covering any lost or stolen packages; this is now the customer’s responsibility. Once your exchange is received, we will inspect that the product is not damaged or worn. If unworn and undamaged, we will ship the new product as soon as possible. If we determine the product is damaged or worn, we will hold the product until the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Mysterious by NPN in a timely manner. 

Please note we do not offer exchanges on any custom made garments.* 

Return Process: 
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets ALL return requirements. Expect the return process to take 5-7 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. Mysterious by NPN does not assume responsibility for damaged items or lost packages during shipment. 

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Mysterious by NPN. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive a refund for the amount less the original shipping cost.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Service within 7 days of the package's original delivery date. 

If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, you must contact Customer Service within 2 days of the order’s placement date. All order cancelations are subject to a 10% restock fee.
